Pay Range: $22.10 - $23.80 Hourly, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday thru Thursday, 3pm – 2am

Responsibilities
- Lead and direct the daily activities of warehouse teammates to ensure the safe and successful completion of all related daily warehouse activities and operations.
- Verify and ensure all applicable warehouse processes are followed, including processes for handling damaged product check-in, and other areas of responsibility as assigned by the Warehouse Manager or Supervisors.
- Train and lead warehouse personnel and evaluate processes, striving for continuous improvement.
- Communicate with Warehouse Management and Warehouse Personnel regarding process improvements, personnel improvements, quality, Out-of-Stocks (OOS), etc.
- Lead and model a safety-driven culture and strive for 100% compliance with safety policies and procedures.
- Support, lead, and motivate a team to deliver results by communicating company goals, safety practices, and deadlines; coach and train teammates on the job; implement continuous improvement methods with a customer focus; embody company purpose and values.
- Assist in interviewing potential candidates and advise management on performance matters. May perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
- Extensive knowledge of all warehouse processes and systems.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
- Strong written and oral communication skills. Computer skills: Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Internet Explorer.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while walking and repetitively lifting up to 30 lbs (and up to 75 lbs as needed).
- Ability to collaborate within a team environment and coordinate efficient warehouse processes.
- Ability to adapt to role needs across different work areas and meet minimum expectations of those areas.
- Ability to read and interpret instructions from a computer screen and differentiate packages with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a noisy and non-climate controlled environment (hot in summer, cold in winter).
- Self-starter with initiative and the ability to seek value-add opportunities.
- Flexibility with schedules and hours based on business demands.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Knowledge acquired through 1 to 3 years of work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- PIT (Powered Industrial Truck) Certification: Pallet Jack, Forklift, Double Forklift, Hy-Jaws, Ty-Guard, Triple Double, Switch Tractor, and Floor Scrubber.
Work Environment
Noisy and non-temperature-controlled environment (hot in summer, cold in winter).
