Job summary

ADI Global Distribution, a leading global distributor of security, AV, and smart living technologies, is seeking a Lead in the Shipping department in San Bernardino, CA. The role focuses on guiding the team, preparing product for shipment, and driving continuous improvement while delivering strong customer satisfaction.

Job Description

Join our shipping and receiving team and use your previous knowledge to help guide the shipping department to success as a Lead in the department. Properly prepare product for shipment according to specifications and/or customer requirements. Transport material internally. Execute standard procedures and assist logistics team to fulfill tasks on time, every time. Provide ideas on how to improve processes in a strong continuous improvement environment. Assist to build a best-in-class service culture by driving positive customer satisfaction. We offer a full benefits package that full-time employees are eligible for on day 1.
