Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola is seeking a Warehouse Lead to guide a warehouse team, ensuring accurate, timely order fulfillment and fully stocked stores. You will palletize products, build customer orders, and prepare them for safe delivery.

Responsibilities include operating forklift/pallet jack, maintaining safety and cleanliness, stocking picking areas, and assisting with load preparations for delivery. Weekend and holiday work may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Forklift certification within 1 month of hire.
• Weekend and holiday work as directed by business.
• Lift 50 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Pull defined quantities of inventory onto pallets and stage orders for shipment.
• Build delivery loads on pallets for trucks.
• Operate electric pallet jack and forklift to move and load product.
• Perform daily inspection and minor maintenance on pallet jack/forklift.
• Restock picking areas as directed by supervisor.
• Shrink-wrap pallets to secure products for delivery.
• Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Job description

What does a Warehouse Lead do at Swire Coca-Cola? As a member of our Warehouse team, you will be a key leader among your peers and colleagues to ensure that our customers receive correct orders in a timely manner so that their stores are always fully stocked with our great-tasting products. You will be responsible for palletizing designated product, building customer orders and preparing them for safe and efficient delivery

Responsibilities:

• Accurately pull defined quantities of inventory onto pallet/s and store orders in the staging area when prepared for shipment
• Build delivery loads of a variety of product onto pallets, and preparing them for loading on trucks for delivery
• Operate electric pallet jack and/ or forklift to move, locate, relocate, stack, count and load product
• Daily inspection and minor maintenance performance on pallet jack / forklift equipment to prevent accidents
• Restock product in picking areas as directed by supervisor
• Use shrink-wrapping device after building each pallet to securely palletize product for safe delivery and to prevent spillage
• Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High School Diploma (or GED) required
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Forklift skills preferred
• Must become forklift certified within 1 month of hire
• Work weekends and holidays as directed by the business
• Lift 50 pounds as needed
