Job summary

Ultralon Foam USA is seeking a dependable Warehouse Lead in North Kingstown, RI to own day-to-day warehouse operations and provide strong support to customers and the sales team.

This hands-on role coordinates shipping and receiving, maintains inventory accuracy, ensures orders are fulfilled correctly, and steps in wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly while collaborating with sales, customers, suppliers, freight carriers, and internal teams to keep orders moving from receipt

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in warehousing, logistics, distribution, operations, or inventory management.
• Experience taking ownership of daily workflow or leading other employees.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with inventory or ERP systems.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage changing priorities.
• Comfort working in both warehouse and office settings.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Forklift experience is helpful.
• Associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse activities and prioritize incoming and outgoing orders.
• Receive, organize, and store incoming inventory.
• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately.
• Coordinate freight pickups and deliveries.
• Track inventory and perform regular cycle counts.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and order issues.
• Keep warehouse areas clean, safe, and organized.
• Support health and safety requirements.
• Communicate with customers regarding order status and shipping updates.
• Help resolve order, product availability, and delivery concerns.
• Support sales with order entry, quotes, and inventory availability.
• Update customer, inventory, and order information in company systems.
• Review purchasing and sales trends to help anticipate inventory needs.
• Recommend improvements to warehouse processes and workflow.

We are looking for a dependable, organized Warehouse Lead who can take ownership of day-to-day warehouse operations while providing strong support to customers and our sales team.

This is a hands‑on role. You won't spend the entire day behind a desk. You'll help coordinate shipping and receiving, maintain inventory accuracy, make sure orders are fulfilled correctly, and step in wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly.

Your Day-to-Day
