Alamo Group is seeking a Warehouse Lead to manage daily warehouse operations in Lake Wales, FL. You will direct stockroom activities, ensure accurate receiving, storing, and issuing of materials used in grapple trucks, knuckle boom loaders, and related equipment, and drive safety and efficiency.
This role partners with production, purchasing, shipping, and quality teams to resolve shortages, perform cycle counts, oversee ERP/MRP transactions, and maintain high accuracy while adhering to OSHA
The Warehouse Lead oversees the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring the accurate receiving, storing, and issuing of materials used to manufacture grapple trucks, knuckle boom loaders, and related equipment. This role drives production efficiency by helping a team of clerks, maintaining strict inventory control, optimizing material flow, and upholding safety standards.
