Job summary

DP World is seeking an L3 Warehouse Lead for its Eagle Mountain, UT location. You will coordinate the efficient operation of the department, supervise staff, monitor KPI’s, and ensure procedures are documented and followed.

You will back up the Supervisor and liaise with other departments to optimize workflow and drive performance. The role requires lead experience in a Logistics or Manufacturing setting and a commitment to meeting production goals and KPIs in a dynamic, global logistics

• Experience in a Logistics or Manufacturing environment.

• Coordinate efficient operation of the department and ensure procedures are documented and followed.
• Assist with monitoring daily KPI’s, Quality Metrics, employee timecard exceptions & productivity administration is completed accurately and on time.
• Provide back up and support to the Supervisor and to represent him/her fully in periods of absence (sickness, holiday, business meetings, etc.) when required.
• Liaison with all operational departments to ensure smooth work flow & maximum synergy.
• Provide leadership to staff by establishing clear expectations and acting as a role model and assist with planning, overseeing and participating in the warehouse operations and activities.
• Other duties as assigned.

About the Role

Able to work required scheduled deemed necessary to meet the production goals and Key Performance Indicators of the site. Schedule may fluctuate based on the needs of the business.
