Job summary

FleetPride is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Cincinnati, OH. You will pull and organize orders for delivery, load vehicles, and ensure accurate packing. You will stock inventory, verify part numbers, and help train new staff on warehouse procedures to maintain a 99% accuracy rate.

The role requires forklift experience, ability to lift heavy parts, and adherence to safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Minimum 3 years of general warehouse experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of forklift experience.
  • Forklift operator certification required.

Responsibilities

  • Pull and organize customer orders for delivery from warehouse by part number and quantity.
  • Load materials into vehicles and secure with braces to prevent damage.
  • Move stock using forklift between loading, processing and storage areas.
  • Stock and maintain inventory in designated areas.
  • Package, label and ship orders via UPS, US Mail or local deliveries.
  • Train new employees on procedures and safety practices.

Partner with the best in the heavy-duty industry and apply today!Position SummaryProvide support to the Branch in expediting parts to the Drivers for delivery to customers as well as for delivery to other Branches of the company. Unload products from shipping vehicles and store at the appropriate storage area in the warehouse. Train new employees on company procedures regarding warehouse functions.Essential TasksPull and organize customer orders for delivery from warehouse by part number and quantity as directed by picking ticket in priority assigned. Load materials into vehicles and install bracing or padding to prevent shifting or damage in transit. Manually, load or unload materials onto or off pallets, skids, platforms or lifting devices. Stock and maintain inventory items in designated warehouse storage areas. Package, label and ship customer orders by UPS, US Mail, bus, motor freight and local truck deliveries. Train new employees on the proper use and maintenance of equipment and facilities utilized in the performance of their job. Follow-up to ensure results are achieved. Provide part verification as requested. Ensure all stock is pulled and loaded into the delivery vehicle with accompanying and necessary documents, in conjunction with delivery schedules maintaining a minimum accuracy rate of 99%. Weigh materials or products and record weight and other production data on tags and labels. Move controls, levers and devices to drive industrial forklifts to transport materials between loading, unloading, processing and storage areas. Complete forklift operator training annually, provided by company. Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas in order to ensure compliance with safety regulations. Examine and inspect stock items for wear or defects, reporting any damage to supervisors.
