Warehouse Lead

Lead and support the communication flow to load the finished product onto trailers and prepare documentation (bill of lading and invoice).

Essential Functions

• Perform all essential functions of a Warehouse Associate.
• Lead a team of shipping and receiving staff.
• Manage communication flow for loading finished products onto trailers.
• Communicate instructions regarding warehouse equipment.
• Coordinate trailer loading locations.
• Prepare documentation such as purchase orders, Bills of Lading, and invoices.
• Communicate with carriers to ensure timely collection and loading.
• Review operator and carrier data in the Tracking Platform.
• Maintain food safety practices and SQF System requirements.
• Report deviations, issues, or abnormalities with equipment, processes, or products.
• Perform any other tasks as assigned by supervisors that are reasonable and safe.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years' experience in a manufacturing environment and in a similar role, managing people or projects.
• Experience may include a combination of work experience and education.
• No travel required.

• Preferred qualifications include 6 years' experience in the field, role, and managing teams/projects.

Competencies

• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, Oracle.
• Knowledge of storage systems.
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to analyze information effectively.
