Job summary

Lineage is hiring for a warehouse supervisor role in Burien, WA. The position oversees the work of warehouse associates, coordinates tasks, and ensures safety and accuracy in daily operations.

Starting pay ranges from $26.00 to $31.00 per hour, with opportunities for growth. The role requires lifting up to 40 lbs, working in varying temperatures, and flexible weekend shifts. Lineage emphasizes career development and a strong team environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in a warehouse and/or logistics environment.
• Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius in cold storage sites or up to 100 Fahrenheit/37 Celsius in dry storage sites while wearing company provided personal protective equipment and freezer gear.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs./18 kgs.; weight may be more dependent upon facility
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed
• Must be comfortable with various noise levels, at times, can be loud

• Check inbound/outbound shipments for compliance, and report quantity difference and quality issues where applicable
• Maintain communication with Traffic and Customer Service
• Coach and provide feedback to warehouse associates
• Perform assigned projects as instructed

• Report defective or damaged products and follow up with appropriate corrective action in a timely manner

Pay Range:$21.15 - $36.25
