Job summary

Capstone is seeking motivated individuals to join our warehouse teams in a fast-paced environment. This role is a stepping stone toward management, with opportunities to learn all aspects of receiving and loading operations across multiple sites.

You will work alone or in teams, with supportive supervision and a focus on safety and efficiency. We value high energy, a strong work ethic, and the ability to relate well with customers and delivery personnel.

Qualifications

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic; work is fast-paced and very physical.
• Lift and carry 25-75 lbs; materials handled vary.
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Learn all aspects of receiving/unloading or loading operations within a warehouse facility, working alone or in teams with minimal supervision.
• Oversee a specified area within the work environment to maintain consistent workflow and meet customer expectations.
• Handle movement of pallets and cases on and off trailers and other vehicles using a forklift, pallet jack or by hand.

• Handle the movement of pallets and cases on and off trailers and other vehicles by using a forklift, pallet jack or by hand
