Cheney Brothers in Ocala, FL is hiring a Warehouse Laborer to support efficient warehouse operations. You will label products, replenish inventory, stage orders, and operate equipment in a fast-paced, safety-focused team setting.

You will use pallet jacks, RF scanners, and labeling tasks, including translated labels for international shipments. This role requires physical stamina, teamwork, and adherence to policies while weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Basic Math and Reading Skills for inventory counts and following instructions.
• Attention to detail to ensure accurate order picking and inventory handling.
• Teamwork to perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Time management to complete tasks within deadlines.
• Familiarity with pallet jacks, forklifts (may require certification), or RF scanners.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate pallet jacks to transport, stage, and stock products.
• Lift, carry, push, and pull products up to 100 lbs.
• Attach labels, including translated labels for international shipments.
• Replenish slots, rotate dated products, and assist with audits and cycle counts.
• Locate and return cooler/freezer items to proper storage.
• Use scanners or wearables to record product placement.
• Work in varying warehouse conditions including cold storage; extended standing/bending.
• Collaborate with team, follow instructions, maintain a clean area, and work weekend shifts.
