Job summary

PCL Industrial Construction Co. is seeking Warehouse Journeymen for the Duroc Data Center Project in Abilene, Texas. This role involves material handling, inventory management, and supporting construction operations in a dynamic industrial environment.

Ideal candidates are experienced warehouse professionals with strong organizational skills and a commitment to safety and teamwork. Wages up to $46/hr (base plus incentive) with $178 per diem per day worked, plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of warehouse experience in industrial construction or related field.
• Team player with strong safety focus.
• Safe use of hand and power tools.
• English reading/writing and clear communication.
• Knowledge of materials, grades and MTRs.
• Forklift operation may be required.
• Pre-employment drug and alcohol test.
• Hazard awareness around moving equipment.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Adherence to safety, quality and environmental processes.

• Handle materials and perform inventory control for the project.
• Support construction operations on site in a fast-paced environment.
