ABM Industries is seeking a reliable Warehouse Janitorial Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and sanitation in assigned facilities. The role involves operating cleaning equipment and handling cleaning chemicals, and supporting general janitorial duties as needed.

The position offers a Fri-Tues shift (8am-4:30pm) with a pay rate of $17.00 per hour. ABM emphasizes a comprehensive benefits package and a safe, team-oriented work environment for its members.

Qualificações

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• A high school diploma, GED, or college degree is not required.

Responsabilidades

• Clean and maintain assigned buildings and facilities to ensure a sanitary and safe environment.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms.
• Service and restock restrooms with necessary supplies.
• Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
• Follow assigned work schedules and report barriers.
• Move cabinets, furniture, boxes, crates, and equipment to clean areas.
• Clean interior glass, windows, mirrors, and partitions.
• Gather and dispose of trash/recyclables.
• Wipe down furniture, appliances, and equipment.
• Follow proper procedures for chemical cleaners and power equipment.
• Notify management of repairs or additions to building systems.
• Establish and maintain effective communication with clients, co-workers, and supervisors.
• Adhere to safety, security, and quality standards.
