Job summary

K- is seeking a Warehouse Associate to help keep tire retread production running smoothly by receiving, storing, and distributing tires, materials, and supplies. You will support inventory accuracy, operate material handling equipment, and help maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment.

This role collaborates with warehouse, production, and shipping teams to ensure materials are available when needed and to uphold safety, quality, and customer service goals.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in shipping, receiving, or inventory.
• Forklift operating experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Basic computer skills; Microsoft Office experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verify accuracy and damage.
• Unload, stage, and store tires, retread materials, and supplies.
• Pick and prepare materials for daily production schedules.
• Safely load and unload customer, vendor, and company vehicles.
• Maintain inventory records and perform cycle counts.
• Label and rotate inventory for stock control and material traceability.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
• Prepare shipments and shipping documents.
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized per standards and safety requirements.
