Qualifications

• Certificate from an accredited college in Administrative Office Assistant or Business Administration (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates excellent customer service skills and handles inquiries efficiently.
• Inputs purchasing requisitions and invoice charges.
• Receives and counts stock items; records data manually or digitally.
• Maintains inventory levels and stockroom organization.
• Coordinates with vendors and internal departments to ensure timely deliveries.
