Regal Rexnord in Arlington, TX is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support inbound/outbound materials, aiming for 98% inventory accuracy. You will operate forklifts, maintain 5S standards, and coordinate with Production and Transportation teams to ensure on-time deliveries.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years in a warehouse, distribution center, manufacturing, or logistics environment.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain.
• Experience receiving, storing, and shipping materials per established procedures.
• Basic ERP/WMS/shipping system experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound materials and verify quantities, part numbers, and condition against POs, packing slips and shipping docs.
• Achieve inventory accuracy levels of 98% or higher through proper system transactions and storage.
• Safely unload, transport, and store materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other handling equipment.
• Investigate and report receiving discrepancies, damaged materials, and shipping issues to relevant teams.
• Complete shipping documentation and coordinate with carriers for timely shipments.
• Maintain warehouse 5S standards and organization across storage locations.
• Support cycle counts, audits, and continuous improvement to boost efficiency.
• Replenish locations to prevent production stops.
• Follow safety procedures and quality requirements.
