Job summary

Blake Thermal Sales & Service, Inc. in Portland, ME seeks an Inventory/Shipping & Receiving Associate to support Nor'East Controls and Blake Thermal in a shared space. You will handle shipping, receiving, packing, inbound/outbound processing, and paperwork in a busy warehouse.

Responsibilities include organizing a clean workspace, constructing pallets, and ensuring proper storage. Training for forklift use will be provided as needed, with emphasis on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years' shipping/receiving experience.
• Ability to operate a computer accurately.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a dynamic warehouse.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Team oriented with a focus on quality service.

Responsibilities

• Shipping and receiving of product in a shared warehouse.
• Packing and processing for outgoing materials and finished goods.
• Receiving inbound product for manufacturing and processing returns.
• Organize and maintain a clean, safe warehouse.
• Process shipping/receiving paperwork and notify stakeholders.
• Construct pallets and assist with material handling.
