Job summary

Yaskawa America, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support receiving, inventory control, and shipping operations in Wisconsin. You will load and unload trucks, verify parts, stock materials, and help assemble kits to keep production on schedule.

The role requires English literacy, accuracy, and a collaborative mindset. You will work on-site with standard safety practices and participate in a benefits program including health plans and retirement options.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to read and write English, perform basic math, and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Receiving: load/unload trucks, verify quantity and condition, stock shelves, and distribute parts.
• Inventory control: post transactions, perform cycle counts, maintain records, and prepare kits.
• Shipping: pick, package, label, and prepare shipments domestically and internationally; handle paperwork and pallets.
