Job summary

Precision Door Service is seeking a Warehouse Associate to securely receive, store, and distribute inventory. You will be the liaison between technicians, vendors, and office staff to keep operations running smoothly.

You will perform 3-way matches, inspect shipments, coordinate will-call pickups, and conduct counts while maintaining stock levels. Strong safety awareness, teamwork, and basic computer skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehousing experience required.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and warehouse best practices.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Ability to maintain warehouse processes and use basic computer systems.
• Forklift experience and valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receiving, warehousing, and distribution of inventory processes.
• 3-way match of received orders.
• Inspect shipments for damage or incompleteness.
• Coordinate will-call pickups and stock counts.
• Maintain technician truck stock and inventory levels.
• Assist managers, technicians, and installers as needed.
• Load/unload and deliver parts to sites.
• Ensure warehouse equipment and vehicles function properly.
