Job summary

BSN SPORTS, a Varsity Brands company, is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Control Specialist to prepare products for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will review documents, locate items, verify quantities, and pack orders with accuracy. A strong emphasis on safety, organization, and teamwork is required.

Ideal candidates have a HS diploma, 1–2 years in a warehouse setting, proficiency in Excel, and the ability to lift 15–40 lbs. OT may be needed during peak season.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED (required) and 1–2 years in warehouse/manufacturing setting.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to lift 15–40 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• OT may be required during peak season.

Responsibilities

• Receive and review pick sheets, work orders, and other shipping documents.
• Locate and retrieve items from storage areas using handheld devices or picking carts.
• Check product quality and quantity, ensuring adherence to order specs.
• Package, label, and prepare items for shipment with required documentation.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies to supervisor.
• Keep a clean, organized work area to ensure safe operations.
• Operate forklift, pallet jack, and hand trucks following safety procedures.
• Communicate effectively with warehouse team and supervisors to ensure timely order fulfillment.
