Job summary

Harrington Industrial Plastics LLC in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Warehouse Associate to manage receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment. You will verify incoming materials against packing slips, enter data in the system, and prepare orders for shipment by prioritizing per customer deadlines.

You will coordinate pickups and deliveries with carriers, process returns, and assist with inventory checks such as cycle counts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related experience and/or training.
• Forklift driving experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive ordered materials from vendors and branches by verifying quantities against packing slips.
• Enter information into the computer system and stock materials; forward paperwork to the office.
• Prepare customer orders for shipment by prioritizing based on deadlines and picking from stock.
• Coordinate pickup/delivery with shipping vendors or customers; notify customers when orders are ready for pickup.
• Process returns and verify if materials can be resold, reused, or scrapped; coordinate with sales/operations.
• Report inventory discrepancies and assist with cycle counts and stock adjustments.
• Maintain clean and organized warehouse areas and assist with general housekeeping.
