Job summary

Aramark in Houston is seeking a Warehouse Worker to receive, inspect, label, and store goods in a fast-paced distribution center. You will prepare orders for transport and help maintain accurate inventory.

The role requires knowledge of safety protocols, ability to operate pallet jacks and forklifts, and a commitment to keeping work areas clean and organized. A high school diploma and 2 years of warehouse experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 lb repeatedly.
• Ability to operate pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Basic computer and arithmetic skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect products, label items, and report discrepancies.
• Organize and store incoming products using FIFO for perishables.
• Picks inventory to assemble orders for requisitions or par levels.
• Load, unload, and move products to various locations using carts or PIVs.
• Maintain cleanliness and follow SOPs to meet accuracy standards.
• Perform routine inventory counts and complete logs and records.
• Adhere to safety policies and use PPE.
• Interact with clients and colleagues as required.
