Christine Valmy is seeking a dependable Warehouse, Inventory, and Driver Associate to join our team in a busy NY/NJ environment. The role supports daily data entry, shipment preparation and receiving, and clerical tasks for Christine Valmy Inc. and partner schools.

Responsibilities include operating vehicles, loading/unloading, inventory management, and collaboration with warehouse staff to ensure accurate counts and timely deliveries. A valid license and ability to lift 50 lb are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver's license with clean record and safety compliance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb and stand for extended periods.
• Excellent communication and teamwork to coordinate with warehouse staff.
• Proficiency in inventory management, shipping, and receiving procedures.
• Experience operating warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks).

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles to transport goods to and from warehouses, NY and NJ schools, and other locations.
• Load and unload goods from vehicles and move them to storage or staging areas.
• Coordinate warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure efficient operations and accurate counts.
• Fill in for absent staff and cover breaks as needed.
• Maintain organized storage areas and support order fulfillment.
• Assist with inventory checks and stock availability across locations.
