Job summary

Inergroup Insourcing Solutions in Grand Prairie, TX is hiring immediately for an Inventory Coordinator / Shipping Clerk to maintain inventory accuracy, receive and stock materials using RF scanners, and prepare orders for shipment.

You will operate the WMS, perform cycle counts, create labels and bills of lading, and help maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment. Must have inventory experience, WMS and RF scanner proficiency, and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Must have previous inventory experience.
• Experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Proficient with RF scanners.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work well with others in a collaborative and supportive environment.
• Must be able to stand for the entire shift and walk throughout the warehouse.
• Strong work ethic and a commitment to punctuality and attendance.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cycle counts and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Receive, verify, and stock incoming materials using an RF scanner.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Create shipping labels, packing slips, and bills of lading (BOL).
• Operate WMS to manage all inventory transactions (receiving, shipping, transfers).
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
