Qualifications

• Knowledge of and skill with Microsoft Office Suite and company computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephones, emails, and voicemails and resolve inventory issues.
• Process orders from customers and issue pick orders to warehouse staff.
• Track inventory and assist with distribution of assignments for orders to material handlers and forklift operators.
• Monitor the loading of trailers, verify orders, attach tickets and shipping documents, and close out paperwork as needed.
• Assist with periodic cycle counts of the inventory, expedite orders when required, and set up and add items to computer system.
• Determine correct inventory levels, report stock inventory and special-order requests, and perform general accounting for warehouse.
• Perform general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• May perform basic shipping activities such as preparing items for shipment and maintaining records of shipments.
