United States Cold Storage Inc is hiring for a full-time Warehouse Associate. The role focuses on maintaining inventory accuracy, performing cycle counts, and updating records in the system.

You will liaise with leadership, assist in audits, and handle customer holds and physical inventories in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Ideal candidates will have forklift and inventory experience, strong problem-solving skills, and proficiency with MS Word and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Solve inventory discrepancies during normal warehousing operations and communicate with leadership.
• Perform cycle count, work orders, and other inventory checks to answer customer inquiries.
• Enter or update inventory records in the system to correct discrepancies.
• Liaise for warehouse-related needs during audits or customer visits.
• Perform customer hold procedures including labeling, relocating, and daily cycle counts.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and take corrective action using hold, lot audit and aging reports.
• Prepare inventory reports for customers and facility needs.
• Operate equipment at heights with fall protection.
• Recover pallets that are improperly seated on racks.
• Assist in escalated or critical situations.
• Prepare and participate in physical inventories.
• Communicate inventory discrepancies to Customer Accounts and other departments.

• Solve inventory discrepancies during normal warehousing operations to ensure efficient workflow and communicate with leadership.
• Perform cycle count, work orders, and other inventory checks to answer customer inquiries.
• Responsible for the entry or update of inventory records in the system to correct discrepancies.
• Acts as a liaison for any warehouse-related needs regarding internal or external audits or customer and agency visits.
• Responsible for performing any customer hold procedures including labeling, relocating, and daily cycle count checks.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and take corrective action by utilizing hold reports, lot audit reports, and inventory aging reports.
• Prepare inventory reports for customers and/or facility needs.
• Operate equipment at elevated heights that may require fall protection.

• Assist in escalated or critical need situations.
• Prepare and participate in physical inventories.
• Communicate inventory discrepancies to Customer Accounts and other departments as necessary.
• Perform Warehouse Associate duties as needed.
