Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year of warehouse experience preferred.
• 1+ year forklift experience preferred.
• 1+ year Microsoft Office (Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint/Word) preferred.
• Location-based certification may be required.
• Ability to read location, date and product codes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Flexible, fast-paced environment adaptability.
• Detail-oriented with good follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Audit inbound and outbound shipments.
• Participate in physical inventories as needed.
• Provide floor support to supervisors and hourly staff on inventory issues.
• Resolve inventory discrepancies as needed.
• Maintain GMPs with emphasis on safety.
• Ensure inventory accuracy to meet client demands.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Ryder is hiring a Cycle Counter/ Inventory Clerk in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin — offering weekly pay, excellent benefits, and a career you can feel good about.

Warehouse Positions Pay Weekly

• Hourly Pay: $22.25 per hour
• Additional Hourly Pay: $2.00 per hour
• Overtime Pay: $33.37 per hour
• Schedule: Wednesdays from 4pm to 10pm OR 10pm to 4am. Thursday, Friday, Saturday from 4pm to 4am.

Ryder Warehouse Associates work in clean, organized, and well-run facilities to provide the safest supply chain environment.

Product and Equipment

• Product being Handled: Various medical supplies, candles, sunscreen, etc.
• Equipment being used: Stand-Up Forklifts, RF Scanner, Computer.

Various warehouse fulfillment specialist roles at Ryder support distribution across the US.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent perferred
• One (1) year or more previous warehouse experience preferred
• One (1) year or more experience operating forklift equipment preferred
• One (1) year or more Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) preferred
• Depending on location may be required to be equipment certified
• Ability to recognize and read location, date and product codes
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors)
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
• Flexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment
• Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills
• Detail oriented with excellent follow up practices

• Resolve inventory discrepancies as needed.
• Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) with emphasis on safety.
• Ensure inventory accuracy to meet client demands
• Performs other duties as assigned.
