The position requires 2+ years of warehouse experience with strong organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to obtain forklift certification.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse experience (steel or tubing industry preferred).
• Strong math skills including rates, ratios, and percentages.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to obtain forklift certification and dock leveler training within first week.

Responsibilities

• Drives flow in the warehouse operation under the direction of the site manager.
• Directs work to picking/loading staff by distributing orders.
• Checks loads for accuracy before shipment as needed.
• Greets inbound/outbound drivers and directs truck traffic in the yard.
• Prints batch and shipping labels for the team.
• Receives and processes incoming materials and reports issues.
