Job summary

Strategic Staffing Solutions in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a Warehouse Associate for an onsite, 12-month+ contract. Schedule is Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with travel to job sites and expenses reimbursed.

Must have a valid driver’s license and PPE is provided. Required: High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year of inventory management experience; proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. Heavy equipment experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of inventory management experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Issue material with proper authorization and process related records; operate company automotive equipment.
• Check received material for quantity, identity, and condition; record related data.
• Record material returns; sort and store usable material; update system records.
• Operate terminals and office equipment supporting materials management systems.
• Prepare and pack material for shipment or storage; include shipping papers and related records.
• Operate material handling equipment as required.
• Assist in maintaining inventory levels through cycle counts and adjustments.
