Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Commissary Worker to handle receiving and processing stock, prepare and complete inmate delivery orders, and perform inventory and quality control. Responsibilities include transfers from the warehouse, verifying condition, and storing items properly in a safe environment.

The role requires basic safety awareness, good communication, and basic math skills. Candidates should be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and operate standard warehouse

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Must be able to follow basic safety procedures and precautions due to physical risks.
• Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Basic math and counting skills required.
• Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Transfers of products and merchandise from the warehouse.
• Receives products, checks quality and damage, and stores items correctly.
• Operates equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Performs physical inventory as needed.
• Processes equipment requests and prepares merchandise for delivery according to procedures.
