Job summary

Ryder is hiring an Inventory Clerk in Etna, Ohio to join a clean, organized warehouse team focused on safety and accuracy. You will conduct cycle counts, audits, and floor support to resolve inventory issues and ensure client demands are met.

The role offers a second shift Sunday to Thursday 3:30pm-12:00am with weekly pay and comprehensive benefits, including paid training and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Warehouse experience and forklift operation preferred.
• Proficient with basic Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Conduct audits of inbound and outbound shipments.
• Participate in physical inventories as necessary.
• Provide floor support to Supervisors and hourly associates regarding inventory issues.
• Resolve inventory discrepancies and maintain GMPs with emphasis on safety.

Warehouse Positions Pay Weekly

• Hourly Pay $18.00 per hour
• Overtime Pay: $27.00 per hour when working overtime
• Additional Pay: $1.00 when assigned to Second Shift
• Schedule: Second Shift Sunday - Thursday 3:30pm - 12:00am

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent perferred
• One (1) year or more previous warehouse experience preferred
• One (1) year or more experience operating forklift equipment preferred
• One (1) year or more Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) preferred
• Depending on location may be required to be equipment certified
• Ability to recognize and read location, date and product codes
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors)
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
• Flexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment
• Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills
• Detail oriented with excellent follow up practices

• Ensure inventory accuracy to meet client demands
• Performs other duties as assigned.
