Job summary

ABB is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Selmer, Tennessee to handle parts and finished products in the warehouse and at the production line. You will sort and arrange material for storage according to guidelines and perform routine tasks per procedures.

Onsite work model, you will pick components from stock for dispatch, pack pallets, and support various warehouse activities. The role requires teamwork, inventory control experience, and familiarity with SAP and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Experience with inventory control and ERP systems.
• Cycle counting experience preferred.
• Strong communication across business levels.

This position reports to:

Warehouse/Internal Logistics Manager

Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)

In this role, you will have the opportunity to conduct all activities related to the handling of parts and semi-finished or final products in the warehouse or to/from the production line. Each day, you will be responsible for sorting and arranging material for storage as per guidelines. You will also showcase your expertise by performing other routine activities according to established procedures.

The work model for the role is: onsite

This role is contributing to the success of Busway Manufacturing in Selmer, Tennessee.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Sorting and arranging material for storage as per guidelines.
• Executing routine activities according to established procedures.
• Picking components from stock for dispatch and final packing on pallets.
• Transporting boxes, and being responsible for various other collection, storage, and warehouse activities.

Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)

• You enjoy working with an exciting team
• Ability to demonstrate your experience inventory control
• Possess an enhanced knowledge of ERP systems (SAP), Microsoft office
• Preferred degree in business/inventory or proven experience in cycle counting.
• You are at ease communicating in across different levels of the business
