Job summary

Precision Garage Door Service in South Bend, IN seeks a Warehouse Manager/Installer to start each day in the warehouse, stocking materials, organizing inventory, and keeping operations efficient. After warehouse duties, you will complete one garage door installation in the afternoon, with travel to another market during training.

This full‑time role requires strong organization, ability to lift heavy items, and comfort with using a computer/tablet.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and operate in a hands-on environment.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Warehouse/garage door experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations and organize inventory.
• Receive, organize, and track incoming inventory and materials.
• Stock installers' trucks with parts, tools, and job materials each morning.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and report shortages.
• Keep warehouse clean, safe, and operational at all times.
• Assist with loading and unloading products and deliveries.
• Support technicians and installers with job preparation.
• Ensure materials and equipment are ready for daily operations.
• Help maintain company standards for efficiency and safety.
• Manage inventory process on computer and tablet.
• Complete one garage door installation each afternoon.
• Install garage doors and related components according to company standards.
• Provide excellent customer service during installations.
• Follow all safety procedures and operational guidelines.
