Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and scrub floors to remove dirt, debris, and spills.
• Clean walls, ceilings, and shelves to maintain a sanitary warehouse environment.
• Disinfect countertops, door handles, and restrooms regularly.
• Empty trash and recycling bins, disposing of waste materials properly.
• Clean and sanitize equipment, machinery, and tools used in the warehouse.
• Ensure cleaning products and tools are in good working condition.
• Sort and dispose of waste in compliance with safety standards.
• Maintain proper storage and handling of cleaning chemicals.
• Keep inventory storage areas clean to prevent contamination.
• Assist in organizing and maintaining warehouse cleanliness to avoid clutter.
• Adhere to OSHA guidelines and report hazards to supervisors.
• Follow procedures for handling hazardous materials, including cleaning products.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
• Communicate areas needing extra attention to supervisors.
• Work with warehouse staff to minimize disruption during cleaning.
