Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age and meet legal requirements.
• Submit to a drug screen and background check.
• Minimum 2 years janitorial experience.
• High School diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleanup of all areas of the building as directed.
• Manage routine upkeep of exterior areas, green space, and interior areas.
• Complete non-routine cleaning according to job orders.
• Remove garbage and recycle daily and prepare bins for weekly pickup.
• Handle emergency cleaning and upkeep requests.
• Ensure chemicals are labeled and stored properly.
• Maintain communication with management.
• Keep restrooms and break areas stocked with supplies.
