Job summary

Uline in Washington state is hiring Warehouse Associate positions for day and night shifts. Earn $27–$32 per hour with overtime opportunities, training, and a path to long-term stability in a fast-paced distribution environment.

As a member of our on-site warehouse team, you will pick orders, load outbound trailers, unload shipments, and operate forklifts to maintain inventory accuracy and smooth daily operations. High school diploma required.

Qualifications

• Ability to move packages weighing up to 50-70 lbs.
• Comfortable on warehouse equipment at heights up to 30 feet.

Responsibilities

• Pick customer order items and package them for same day shipping.

• Use forklifts / powered industrial trucks to replenish product stored on racking.
• Prepare and organize workspaces for the next day.

Warehouse Associate - Day

Pay from $27 to $32 per hour

Day Full-Time Hours: Monday - Friday, 10:30 AM to 7 PM + overtime opportunities

Position Responsibilities / Minimum Requirements

• Pick customer order items and package them for same day shipping.
• Load outbound trailers with Uline product for our customers.
• Unload shipments from suppliers, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Frequently move packages weighing up to 50 - 70 lbs.
• Comfortable on warehouse equipment at heights up to 30 feet.

Warehouse Associate - Nights

Pay from $28 to $32 per hour (includes $2 shift differential)

Night Full-Time Hours: Sunday - Thursday, 9 PM to 5:30 AM + overtime opportunities
