Job summary

Budd Van Lines in Irving, TX is seeking a Warehouse Helper to assist with loading and unloading while providing efficient warehousing and storage services, ensuring minimal damage to customer property entering and leaving storage.

You will load/unload pallets, wrap and pad furniture, build pallets, keep the facility neat and organized, assist with inventory control, and support the Facilities Department as needed.

Qualifications

• Woodshop experience preferred but not required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Forklift certification preferred but not required.

Salary Range: $20.00 to $23.00 hourly

Role Summary

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry 40 plus pounds on a regular basis.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and perform physical labor for extended periods.
• Ability to safely load, secure, and move heavy household goods and equipment.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely, including forklifts and loading equipment.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions and residential environments.
• Ability to safely operate moving equipment, hand tools, and loading apparatus.
