Job summary

Gulfeagle-Supply is seeking a Warehouse Helper to safely load materials using forklifts, receive and verify incoming goods, and assist with order picking and loading customers' vehicles. The role requires the ability to work indoors and outdoors, lift up to 100 pounds, and maintain a clean, safe work area.

Candidates must have a High School diploma or equivalent, strong communication skills, and experience driving a forklift. Pre-employment background check and drug test are required.

WAREHOUSE HELPER

Job Summary

The Warehouse Helper is responsible for safely loading materials utilizing forklifts. Receive incoming materials from vendors, verify quantity for accuracy, description, amounts, and complete appropriate paperwork. Order picking, will call orders, assisting in loading customer’s vehicles with materials, reporting problems, deliveries, service issues, etc. Assist in taking inventory as needed.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Must be able to work both indoors and outdoors under adverse weather conditions
• Ability to bend, reach, lift and climb
• Experience driving a forklift
• Must have the ability to lift up to 100 pounds of material continually
• Maintain a safe and clean work area
• Must be a U.S. citizen or be authorized to work in the U.S.

Education:

• High School diploma or equivalent

Preferred:

• Forklift Certified
• Previous material handling a plus
