Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro in Indianapolis is seeking a part-time team member to move packages, load and unload cargo, and support operations with safe, efficient handling. This non-driving role focuses on accuracy, speed, and adherence to safety protocols in a fast-paced environment.

No prior experience or formal education is required; training will be provided. Shifts are around 20 hours per week, with premiums based on shift selection to reflect different hours.

Qualifications

• This role requires physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move packages safely.
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, squat, climb stairs or ladders as needed.
• Good communication skills for work in noisy environments and training completion.
• Must work safely with constant alertness in a safety-sensitive setting.

Role Overview

This position involves the timely, safe, and efficient movement of packages, documents, dangerous goods, and supplies through effective scan/load methods. It is a non-driving role on public roadways, performing additional duties as assigned.
