Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. in Moreno Valley, CA is seeking a General Labor to support daily housekeeping, quality control, inventory accuracy, and loading/unloading shipments.

The role may involve using forklifts or other power equipment to move product and prepare shipments to stores. You will work in a safe, organized warehouse environment, adhere to OSHA standards, and participate in training sessions to learn processes.

Qualifications

• Two to five years of recent work experience.
• Excellent communications skills.
• Self-starter with strong team skills.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean, orderly warehouse and loading areas.
• Load and unload shipments safely.
• Stack and store merchandise by area.
• Transport product to designated areas as directed.
• Prepare product for shipment accurately and on schedule.
• Operate equipment safely following prescribed methods.
• Inspect and maintain forklift or equipment daily.
