Job summary

Kenvue is seeking a Warehouse Generalist for 2nd or 3rd Shift in Lititz, Pennsylvania. The role requires safely operating forklifts, loading and unloading materials, and performing sanitation tasks. A High School Diploma and at least two years of relevant experience are mandatory.

Warehouse Generalist – 2nd or 3rd Shift

Reports to: Warehouse 2nd Shift Team Lead

Location: Lititz, Pennsylvania, USA (Fully onsite)

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate various types of forklifts to move materials throughout the facility.
• Load and unload trailers and transport pallets of raw materials, packaging components, operating supplies, finished goods and other materials to and from various plant locations.
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of the Inventory Management System (SAP) and utilize it effectively in a production environment.
• Perform sanitation and light maintenance tasks, including general housekeeping of the receiving and shipping docks and other areas of the warehouse.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma / GED.
• Minimum two (2) years of relevant work experience in a warehouse and/or manufacturing/packaging facility.
• Proficiency in reading, arithmetic, inspection and measurement, and mechanical aptitude as demonstrated through computerized testing.
• Ability to work 2nd shift (3:00 pm–11:00 pm) Monday to Friday, with overtime, weekends and holidays as necessary; or 3rd shift (11:00 pm–7:00 am).
• Physical ability to manually lift material up to 50 pounds.

Desired Qualifications

• Experience within a GMP facility.
• Experience with SAP or other inventory management systems.
• Experience operating 5‑high‑reach and slip‑sheet forklifts.
• Experience loading intermodal, dry‑van, and refrigerated units.

Compensation

Annual base salary range: $42,500.00 – $60,000.00, depending on location, skills, experience, education and other factors.
