Job summary

CIRCOR International, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Monroe, NC to learn and perform multiple warehouse roles. You will pick and pull materials, count inventory, process orders, and maintain accurate records while supporting other areas as needed.

Responsibilities include cycle counting, forklift operation, packing and shipping customer orders, and coordinating with purchasing. The role requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work standing for long periods.

• Blueprint reading preferred.
• Familiarity with JDE.

• Must support and work in a team environment.
• Must be able to lift 25 lbs. on a frequent basis and be able to work standing and walking most of the day.
• Excellent attendance record and solid performance record.
• Must be eligible to work in the US without employer sponsorship.

Education & Experience

• Must have good reading skills and basic math skills
• 5+ years of experience in a warehouse setting
