Job summary
IFP Motion Solutions Inc. in Cedar Rapids, IA is seeking a highly motivated warehouse team member to support counting, picking, receiving and shipping with cross-training in cycle counting and BOMs. Attention to detail and organization are essential, and prior order picking with LTL shipping is a plus.
Candidate should be comfortable using power tools/air nailer and building shipping pallets. This role is not forklift-focused; join a growing motion control company with strong benefits.
Qualifications
- General warehouse duties with cross-training in cycle counting, picking Bills of Materials for manufacturing production orders, receiving, and shipping.
- Past experience with order picking and LTL shipping is a definite plus.
- Knowledge of using power tools/air nailer and ability to build shipping pallets.
Responsibilities
- Perform general warehouse duties with accuracy and efficiency.
- Cross-train in cycle counting, receiving, and shipping processes.
- Utilize computer systems for tracking orders and inventory.
- Assist with order fulfilment and freight/shipping activities.
