Job summary

Advance Auto Parts in Minnesota is hiring for a fulfillment associate responsible for filling store orders from a pick list, preparing shipments, and handling inbound/outbound inventory in our Market Hub Fulfillment Center. You will use lift equipment after training, pick and stage parts for deliveries, and maintain back stock to ensure order accuracy and timely service.

The role requires at least 18 years old, a High School diploma or GED, legal work status in the United States, and flexibility

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Able to work on various shifts, as well as overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Use basic math accurately: add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Preferred: prior warehouse training or experience.

Responsibilities

• Marks pallets with identifying store information.
• Uses lift equipment as needed once training and certification are completed.
• Pick and stage parts for store deliveries.
• Replenish Inventory to shelves.
• Consistent, reliable attendance.
• Other related duties as assigned.
