mSupply is seeking a Distribution Center Warehouse Associate in Palmer, MA to perform receiving, picking, packing and shipping tasks with a strong focus on accuracy and safety. This full-time role supports inventory management and timely order fulfillment for customers across our nationwide network.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of warehousing experience, with the ability to lift up to 100 lbs and operate forklifts as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1+ year of experience in warehousing or related functions.
• Strong aptitude for math and numerical analysis.
• Proficient in computers, scanners, phones and virtual meeting platforms.

Responsabilités

• Executes a range of warehouse tasks including receiving, shipping, transfers, and order fulfillment.
• Accurately picks, stages, and moves orders; assists with unloading and check-in of incoming merchandise.
• Sorts and stores products using inventory systems and maintains a clean, safe work environment.
• Follows procedures for loading, documentation, and exception handling.
• Operates warehouse equipment safely and maintains accurate inventory counts.
• Reports inventory/location discrepancies and follows safety policies.
