Job summary

TriMark USA, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Rogers, MN. The role focuses on receiving, stocking, order picking, and shipping to support smooth inventory flow and order fulfillment. The position is full-time and performed in-office at the Rogers site.

You will be responsible for accurate inspection, documentation, and safe operation of warehouse equipment while maintaining a customer-service mindset and collaboration with teammates.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent military/practical experience.
• 1+ year of experience in a warehouse environment.
• Prior experience operating warehouse equipment is a plus.
• Ability to pass a background check post offer acceptance.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify shipment contents against records.
• Place received inventory in correct warehouse locations and maintain organization.
• Perform order picking and assist with shipping to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Complete paperwork accurately and verify deliveries to customers.
• Operate equipment such as pallet jacks, 2-wheel dollies, and order picker lifts safely.
• Demonstrate strong communication to coordinate with team and leadership.
• Apply sound problem-solving and safety practices in all activities.
