Job summary

TIG Distributing Inc is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations, including order picking, palletizing, and inventory counts. The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include scanning items, consolidating orders, packing for shipping, and maintaining clean, organized work areas. Prior warehouse experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• Experience in a warehouse or 3PL environment preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-speed environment, follow standardized work, and adhere to safe work practices in a continuous improvement environment.
• Experience and competence with computers, RF scanner experience preferred.
• Ability to use a pallet jack and other basic warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities

• Daily order picking and fulfillment from customer orders provided by the TIG warehouse lead and supervisor.
• Scan products, palletize orders according to instructions, and prepare for wrapping and shipping.
• Execute Inventory cycle counts.
• Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies.
• Order packing, consolidation, and order verifications.
• Provide general warehouse support as needed, such as organizing products, and maintaining clean and safe work areas.
