Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Colorado to support picking, packing, labeling, and inspection activities for shipments. You will use equipment to assemble orders and ensure accuracy, with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Candidates should have basic computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Prior warehouse experience is preferred, and adherence to quality and regulatory standards is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment preferred.
• Basic computer skills and attention to detail.
• Able to complete physical tasks (stooping, walking, lifting up to 50lbs).

Responsibilities

• Pick orders for shipment, ensuring correct items and quantities.
• Measure, weigh, and count products and materials.
• May operate a forklift or order picker.
• Pack orders for shipments by parcel, LTL, and TL carriers.
• Record product, packaging, and order information on forms and records.
• Affix labels and ensure proper shipping documentation.
• Report missing items or variances to supervisor.
• Ensure outbound shipments are accurate and undamaged.
• Inspect containers and products to meet packing specs.
• Participate in Inventory/Cycle Count as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Prepare facility for inspections (SQFI, FDA, customer).
