Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks including reaching, bending, kneeling, and standing.
• Must be able to safely operate a forklift and use a box cutter.
• Drug test and criminal background check required.

Responsibilities

• Receive shipments and restock orders; maintain inventory accuracy.
• Prepare orders for shipment and pick items from shelves.
• Load/unload products from trucks and operate forklift as needed.
• Perform data entry and inventory QA checks to confirm order contents.
• Assist customers by understanding and resolving or routing complaints; keep the facility clean and safe.
