Job summary

CJ Logistics America is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations, including order fulfillment and inventory accuracy. You will handle product movement, quality checks, and safety adherence in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include picking, packing, loading, and collaborating with team leads to meet daily goals. This on-site role offers competitive pay and benefits, with opportunities for growth within CJ Logistics America.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• At least six (6) months of general work experience.
• Ability to safely operate and maneuver electric pallet jacks and hand-operated pallet jacks.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, sort, and prepare products for customer orders, including case picking, kitting, lumping, and assembly.
• Assist with e-commerce and value-added service (VAS) order processing, following specific work instructions.
• Load and unload products as needed to support daily operations.
• Perform visual quality checks to verify correct products, proper quantities, and compliance with customer packaging and shipping requirements.
